    1. I haven't taught in CT, but I am not far from the CT state line. Where in CT are you? There may be an instructor closer to you than I am. Go to www.zentangle.com and look at the list of instructors to see. Zentangle is wonderful. Thanks for your comment. You are entered. You can email me privately at Artistry9@aol.com if you wish.

  3. Good morning!

I discovered zentangle almost a year ago and was delighted to find that not only could I actually do it, but that in so doing, it shut up my chattering brain! I am always hungry for more and know I would be dancing with joy to receive a copy of your book! Thanks for all you do to help keep us all motivated!

  4. You are entered. I'm so happy to hear you have found tangling to be meaningful in your life. It is the best artform I have ever used. I try to tangle daily for myself besides doing it as a job. It helps me unwind after a stress filled day. Thanks for sharing.

  6. I'm a total newbie, having learned about Zentangle about five minutes ago on Gerry's "Torch Lake Views" Blog. Googled a bit and poof I found myself at your page. My busy, scattered mind, stopped for a second and I breathed and breathed. I was almost calm as I looked at the works produced by zentangling (is that a word?)

Here's where my search started: http://torchlakeviews.wordpress.com/2012/02/12/zentangled-in-cherry-trees-on-a-sunny-afternoon/

    Wish me luck ! Thanks.

  19. I'm another new Zentangler (started last Nov.), and spend many contented (and a few frustrated) hours each week practicing and trying new tangles. I'm getting my husband to do some too, and am trying some friends with a bit less success (so far) :) It doesn't look like your book is available in Canada, and not even on Amazon.com.... so please, please add my name for your draw! Thank you.

    1. Thanks for commenting. My motto is "There are no mistakes, only Opportunities" so when I have an OOPS! moment in a tangle (or any artwork) I just incorporate it into the drawing. I know the truth, but others never do. My books aren't available in CA or the UK on Amazon, but they are available on my website. www.decorativeartistry.us I am always running contests of sorts as well. Good luck and keep tangling.
